How to make a deliciously healthy blueberry iced tea.
Put all the blueberries in a saucepan Add 1/4 cup of lemon juice. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the sugar until dissolved.
Bring the remaining 5 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat.
Add tea leaves and steep for 5-10 minutes.
Strain blueberry juice and add to the brewed tea. I used a french sieve.
