  • 6 ounces brewed black or green tea - cooled
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed
  • 3 Tbsp Gelatin Collagen Hydrolysate
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp ghee
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 2 ounce strawberry
  • 2 ounce blueberry
  • 2 ounce blackberry
  • 1 banana
  • 2 egg yolks pastured or free range
  • 5.3 ounce Greek yogurt whole milk
