Add tea, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon stick and honey.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add whiskey to a teacup.
Strain boiled ingredients and pour into the teacup.
Add lemon juice.
Garnish with lemon slice and cinnamon stick.
