The superfruit mango peach tea smoothie is jam-packed with deliciousness and nutrition.



  • 1 tsp black loose tea
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 mango
  • 1 peach
  • 1 banana
  • 5.3 oz whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 1 tsp honey


  1. Boil water.

  2. Add black loose leaf tea and steep for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Remove tea leaves - set aside to cool.

  4. Peel and dice fruit and add to blender.

  5. Add flax seeds, honey, yogurt and cooled tea to blender.

  6. Add a few ice cubes to blender.

  7. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  8. Pour into 2 glasses and serve with a straw.
