raspberries

matcha powder sifted

warm water

Instructions
Prepare Matcha
Sift matcha for smooth consistency
Add hot water and whisk
Prepare Raspberry Puree
Simmer raspberries, sugar and water for 10 minutes
Create Matcha Latte
Add raspberry puree to glass
Add warmed milk of choice over raspberries.
(If making an iced latte - add ice over the raspberries before pouring in the milk)
Slowly pour the matcha over the top.
