A simply delicious Apple Banana Tea Smoothie filled with nutrients. 

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Brew 8 ounces of black tea - I prefer English Breakfast Tea. Chill tea.
  2. Peel, core and slice apple.
  3. Peel and cut 2 bananas.
  4. Process all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Add a couple of ice cubes.
  6. Pour into two 8 ounce glasses.
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add straw.
  8. Yields 16 ounces.
